SUP and kajak paddles

SUP and kayak paddles are  paddles designed for use in both stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking. This paddle typically has two blades at both ends (a double-blade design), allowing it to be used for paddling while sitting, like in a kayak, or standing, like in SUP.

Such paddles are versatile and allow you to switch between both activities without the need to change paddles.
