SUP Clinic is an intensive SUP programme intended to perfect the SUPing technique.
We would recommend it to anyone who already did the SUP course and later practiced themselves but want to improve even further and achieve perfect technique. Even though SUPing is an excellent workout for the entire body, it can also cause unpleasant pain in our arms, shoulders, back, knees, wrists and ankles. Of course, we can avoid this pain, so we’ll really focus on your paddling technique and body posture.
