Amanda is great practionner, when she was in 200 hours TTC course in Rishikesh, she was very dedicated. YOGA UNDER THE TREES PROGRAM
A certified yoga teacher will guide you through the whole hour and a half long session of Hatha yoga, which is the oldest and most popular type of yoga in the world.
Meeting point: in front of the Modern gallery in Ljubljana.
Together we’ll find a peaceful location in Tivoli park and set up our yoga mats to start our drop-in yoga session on a grass under the trees. Hatha yoga session will help wake you up and warm up your body. At each session, we’ll include different advanced yoga poses for those individuals that will feel comfortable upgrading the basics.
WHO IS ENERGISING YOGA UNDER THE TREES MEANT FOR?
Anybody can join our yoga sessions - from beginners to those who already know a thing or two about yoga. Everybody will get a chance to learn from scratch or to upgrade their knowledge and learn about the right techniques, performing the correct yoga poses and practice the breathing exercises.
ABOUT THE YOGA TEACHER
Amanda is a certified yoga teacher that’s been sharing her yoga knowledge for many years. She is practicing Hatha yoga, but she came across and tried other types of yoga as well - Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Acro yoga, Shivananda yoga and Bikram yoga.
She also finished the ayurveda class at Ajurjoga center in Ljubljana, because yoga and ayurveda are very connected and they complement each other.
In the city of yogis, Rishikesh in India, Amanda also finished the TTC class. There, she gained a lot of additional knowledge about the Indian philosophy, anatomy, yoga, and ayurveda.
