Technology
Limestone neoprene is a modern material used by Prolimit in all of their wetsuits and neoprene accessories. Unlike traditional neoprene, which uses petroleum-based butadiene as a binding agent, limestone neoprene is made using limestone-based materials.
This makes it a more environmentally friendly option. Compared to standard neoprene, it is also warmer and more durable. Prolimit uses three different limestone neoprene variations (300+, 500+ and 550+), each offering a different level of stretch.
This allows Prolimit to select the optimal material for each panel of their neoprene products.
